If you’ve ever experienced burnout, or become bored with your business and quickly chase the next shiny object, chances are you’ve been operating outside of your superpowers.

When you spend at least 80% of your time in your busi ness superpower, running your business will feel a lot easier. But, most entrepreneurs spend so much time in activities that drain their energy and feel exhausting that they wonder how on earth they can ever get to the next level.

On episode 272 of Amplify Your Success Podcast I’ll show you how to finally achieve the dream – and recalibrate your focus and your business so that you can spend more time doing what you were born to do.

Key Takeaways

  • [6:01] What happens when you get bogged down with day to day activities and don’t spend time in your superpower.
  • [7:50] The importance of mindset to amplifying your impact via your superpower.

Do you have a valuable service, course or program that isn’t selling well? Often the advice you’ll be given is to rework the offer and fix your messaging so it's more compelling.

That may just do the trick – but sometimes you have to dig deeper and reconnect to your business superpower. When you are building your offerings and growing your business with your superpower at the core, everything just “clicks.”

But when you don’t, and you create an offer that is tied to what you believe people want, it can fall flat in the market. Or you get bored with it because delivering that offer doesn’t light you up or attract clients you enjoy working with.

On episode 271 of Amplify Your Success Podcast I’ll reveal how I coach my clients to connect their monetizable business superpower to two kinds of revenue boosting offers.

Key Takeaways

  • [1:02] Why you want to pick your speaking topics on your business superpower.
  • [4:32] My strategy for designing, pricing and positioning irresistible offers for my clients.
  • [4:52] The importance of REALLY knowing who your ideal client is BEFORE you create your offer.
  • [7:17] How to develop your pricing strategy based on your value proposition.
  • [9:38] Why specificity sells (and is a key component in developing an irresistible offer.)
  • [12:00] Two offering types that will exponentially increase revenues using your business superpowers (and the perfect time to introduce each of them.)
  • [16:41] A case study on how a client is using their business superpower in their podcast launch strategy.

Did you know that you have a Business Superpower? It's not just your zone of genius but a monetizable strength that is quite often overlooked by many business owners.

When you activate your Business Superpower, your offers “pop”, your messaging becomes more magnetic, but most importantly, your business starts to feel more fun again.

On episode 270 of Amplify Your Success Podcast I’ll share my personal story of how I revived my dormant Business Superpower a decade ago, and how valuable that stage was to help entrepreneurs uncover and activate theirs to unlock their own profit potential.

Key Takeaways

  • [1:02] The inspiration behind this 3-Part Series on your business superpower.
  • [4:07] My own personal story of when my business superpower was dormant.
  • [5:11] The difference between Gay Hendrick’s Genius Zone and what I call your Business Superpower.
  • [7:17] The signs you have NOT built your business around your superpower.
  • [11:18] Five things that improve in your life and business when you activate, monetize and amplify your business superpower.
  • [15:00] The truth about doing things you HAVE to do but don’t love (and how to balance this with staying in your superpower.)
  • [18:41] Three questions to help you activate your business superpower and transform it into your revenue boosting offers.
